3. A personal bank statement
• This must be an official statement or bank letter verifying a minimum of $12,000
• If the bank statement is not in the student’s name, the bank account holder must fill out an affidavit of financial support
4. Admission fee of $100

2. Copy of passport
• The page with your picture
• The page with your Visa (I-94)
3. A personal bank statement
• This must be an official statement or bank letter verifying a minimum of $12,000
